Anne Langan is a Clinical Lead Dietitian at the Royal London Hospital where she has worked for over 4 years. She studied Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Dublin Institute of Technology and Trinity College Dublin where she graduated in 2013. She has worked in the specialty of intensive care since 2014 and is passionate about the provision of optimum nutrition to critically ill patients. During this time she has also developed an interest in research and has enjoyed working alongside the research team looking at alternative substrates in critical illness.
